Davicca ships to all 50 states within the United States. We do not currently ship to US territories, PO Boxes (in select cases), or international destinations.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $49. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 business days for standard shipping and 1 to 3 business days for expedited shipping, depending on your location.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Davicca is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, the carrier's own terms and conditions apply to the delivery.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return policy:

Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Certain items are non-returnable, including opened health supplements, personal care products, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale.

How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@davicca.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence of the issue.
