We offer a curated selection of quality products designed for everyday use and lifestyle needs. Since we operate exclusively online, customers can browse, select, and purchase products directly through our website with secure checkout and reliable customer support.
Placing an order on Davicca is simple. First, browse our product collection, select the item you want, and click “Add to Cart.” Then proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete the payment using one of our secure payment methods. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
We accept a wide range of secure payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other available checkout options. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard security systems to ensure your payment information remains safe. We do not store your full card details on our servers at any time.
Yes, but only if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order enters the processing stage, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If you need to modify or cancel an order, you must contact our support team immediately after placing it so we can attempt to assist before fulfillment begins.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING QUESTIONS
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days, while expedited shipping takes around 1 to 3 business days. These are estimated delivery windows and may vary depending on carrier performance, weather conditions, and peak order periods.
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Once processed, your order is handed over to the shipping carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is dispatched from our fulfillment center.
At this time, Davicca only ships within the United States (all 50 states). We do not offer international shipping currently. However, we may expand our shipping coverage in the future. Any updates regarding international delivery will be announced on our website and updated in our shipping policy.
Delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather disruptions, high order volume, or incorrect address details. While we work with reliable shipping partners, some factors are beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.
ORDER TRACKING QUESTIONS
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment. You can also contact support if you need help accessing your tracking information.
Tracking updates may be delayed due to carrier scanning delays or system updates. It is normal for tracking information to remain unchanged for 24–72 hours during transit. If there are no updates after 3 business days, please contact our support team so we can investigate your shipment status.
If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact our support team with your order number. We will verify your order and resend your tracking information as soon as possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS QUESTIONS
Yes, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories. Some items such as final sale products or opened hygiene items may not be eligible for return. Always contact support before sending any return.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the amount appears in your account.
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, Davicca will cover the return shipping or provide a prepaid return label. We always recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost. We prioritize resolving such cases quickly and fairly.
